APPA QGM, September 2011
The APPA Executive Committee has a pleasure to invite you to participate in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 6th September, 2011, at Curzon Hall, 53 Agincourt Rd, Marsfield.
The AGM will start at 3.30 pm and will be followed by the special guest speakers:
- Martin Palin of Palin Communications and
- Catherine O'Mahony of OnQ Recruitment (for agenda, please see the flyer).
The presentations will be followed by drinks and canapés.
As per APPA Constitution:……(B) In addition to any other business which may be transacted at an annual general meeting, the business of an annual general meeting shall be - (a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any special general meeting held since that meeting;
(b) to receive from the committee reports upon the activities of the Association during the last preceding financial year,
(c) to elect office-bearers of the Association and ordinary member of the committee; ….
Please provide the nominations to the Secretary, Eugene Goh (eugene.x.goh@gsk.com). Nominations would be collated prior to the 6th of September 2011 for election during the 6th of September AGM.
Currently, the APPA Executive Committee has the following vacancies to fill: a Vice-president and an Executive Committee Member
